The benefits of movement are many. God perfectly designed our bodies to stay active through exercise. We can maintain inspiration to move, by choosing fun activities and partnering with others who also enjoy all the benefits of a workout routine. God created us to enjoy life but to also treat our bodies as His temple. God is our inspiration to stay healthy. Prayer:
Lord, I ask for inspiration to keep me active and encouragement to exercise daily. Please fill me with peace, joy and motivation to practice movement, even when I don’t feel like it. I trust your plan for me, and I know you have the power to renew my mind. Show me how to live an active lifestyle. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.
