There are hundreds of programs out there. Some more extreme and some more gentle. This 28-day Plan involves avoiding certain foods to verify if it brings relief of symptoms you may have today. Then, by re-introducing these foods back into the diet individually which you will be doing in Phase Three, you will be able to see clearly how your body reacts to that particular food.
