This is a Coaching Plan to help you figure out how coaching can change your life.  During this time I will support you in figuring out what specific goals you want to meet and start a roadmap for you to follow. Over 4 weeks, we’ll cover elements to meet your goals and ask the Holy Spirit to guide us through prayer. We will also dig deeper to connect with God's purpose for your life and health.  We’ll begin by addressing your very real challenges in today’s busy world and then focus on identifying how you can move forward with meeting your goals.
